How do I create an account?
1) Click the Customer Registration link which is found in My Account.
2) Enter your contact details, user name and password and click the "Continue" button.
3) You have successfully created an account at Toys Wholesale. Enjoy shopping.

1) To login click the My Account link at the top of the page.
2) Then click the "Login" link.
3) Enter your user name and password and click the "Login" button.
Please Note: You can only log in if you have created an account with Toys Wholesale. See "How do I create an account" for more information.How do I edit my account information?
To edit your account information you must first be logged into your account. View "How do I log into my account" for details. When you are logged in continue.
1) Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
2) Click the Change address Details link.
3) Edit your details and then press the "Continue" button.
4) You have successfully edited you account details.I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten your account password we can send it to you by email.
1) Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
2) Click the Forgot your password? link.
3) Enter your user name and email account and press the "Continue" button.
4) Your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Please Note: For security reasons Toys Wholesale will only email passwords to email accounts that have been registered with us. If you have changed your email account or you do not receive the email please contact Customer Service via email.I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service via email or phone on 02 4014 1100 within 72 hours of receiving the product.When will my order be dispatched?

2) Click the Review previous Orders link.
3) Click on the order you wish to check and the status details will be displayed.
