Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order we are able to accept (excluding shipping and handling charges) is AU$10.00.I placed an order and have heard nothing. What's happened?
When you place an order we will email you an order confirmation to the email address you supplied when you created your account. If you have not recieved an email from us please check that the email in "Your Account" details is correct. To check and/or updated your email follow the steps in "How do I edit my account information". If you do not recieve your product/s within 10 working days please contact Toys Wholesale via email mail@toyswholesale.net.auPlease Note: We've found that delivery of emails to Yahoo and Hotmail email accounts is very unreliable. We recommend that whatever email account you use that you add toyswholesale.net.au to your Safe Senders List or your Address Book. This will assist in making sure these important emails from us, get to you.
Has my order been dispatched?
To check the status of your order you must first be logged into your account. View How do I log into my account for details. When you are logged in continue.
1) Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
2) Click the Review previous Orders link.
3) Click on the order you wish to check and the status details will be displayed.How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To delete or change quantities within your order you must first be logged into your account. View "How do I log into my account" for details. When you are logged in continue.
1) Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
2) Click the Review previous Orders link.
3) Click on the 'Restore' link for the order you wish to change.
4) Make your changes. Press the "Recalculate" button to update totals.
5) When you are happy with your changes click the "Checkout" button.How long does it take to receive my order?
Toys Wholesale utalises several companies for our deliveries. This is to ensure that your order is delivered to you with the best transport system for your region. You can find more information about shipping times and charges on our Shipping Information page.My order never arrived.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.Why was my order cancelled?
On rare occasions, we cancel customer orders for the following reasons:
• For your protection, we require that the billing address you use at Toys Wholesale match the billing address on your credit card. If your credit card issuer can't verify your billing address, we cancel your order for security reasons.
• You contact and request us to cancel the order.
• The product you ordered cannot be supplied.
• We are unable to contact you if we have any matters that need to be resolved, eg out of stocks, shipping charges, or credit card details.
We don't normally send a cancellation notice and you won't be billed for any cancelled orders.
