Returns Policy
You can purchase from us with complete confidence. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of service. However we realise that occasionally things can go wrong, so we are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.
If the goods are damaged upon arrival.
All damaged goods need to be reported to Toys Wholesale and returned within seven (7) working days. We will pay the return freight cost and replace your item. It the item is no longer available we will replace it with its superseeded model and if this is not available a credit will be arranged to your Toys Wholesale online account. All returned goods should be in original condition with all packaging intact.If the goods are faulty.
Toys Wholesale provides you with manufacturer's warranty on all products we sell. If you have a warranty issue please email us the details of your warranty issue to mail@toyswholesale.net.au and we will contact you. If your product is covered under warranty we will pay the return freight cost and repair or replace your item.All other reasons.
